If you need the material with urgency, please make orders by Fax  or e-mail. With the exception of the Entomological boxes (their delivery may be delayed due to the large number of orders), we normally will mail your order within 24 hours (except in Holiday periods: Easter and summer).

If some items are not available, we will tell you when it will be sent.

When we receive your order, we will contact with you and we will inform you on the approximate delivery terms. We will inform you on the total amount to pay before sending you the order.
    According to the characteristics of your order, it will be sent either by mail service or Courier (TNT). Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Access, Eurocard) or international money order. Payment by bank draft have bank charges that will be enclosed on the Invoice. Payments through cash on delivery and Cheques are not accepted. All the payments must be done in advance

 1 Euro= 1,30 Dollar USA; 1 Dollar USA= 0,76 Euro; 1 Pound= 1,20 Euros; 1 Euro= 122 Yen (currencies on December 28, 2011). If you wish to know any currency completely updated, you can visit the website www.oanda.com.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices that you can find in the website are valid up to December 31, 2011. Prices exclude Value-Added Tax (18% in Spain). VAT is only applicable to sales within the European Union, unless you let us use your VAT/ TVA, "numero de contribuinte", "partita IVA, codice fiscale", Registration number (CIF/NIF in the order form). Payments through Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD...) ever needs your VAT/ TVA, "numero de contribuinte", "partita IVA", Registration number (CIF/NIF in the order form). If not, the VAT will be charged in the Invoice. The prices of the microscopical equipment are only valid for Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands (not for Canary Islands and foreign countries).

 If mail instructions are not specified on the order, your material will be sent by the best and most economical method. The package and postage charges vary widely depending on weight, size and country. It is not possible to add a percentage. Normally, small orders have more proportional charges than large orders. If the order is sent by airmail, charges will be considerably higher.

Proforma Invoices will be sent upon request. Please, specify air or surface mail in your request. Special mail will be used for sending Entomological boxes. Contact our office for condition and terms.
